Welcome to Lunar Seas Design. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services 

Lunar Seas Design provides graphic design, branding, web design, and creative consultation services. Specific terms for each project will be outlined in individual contracts or agreements.

2. Quotes & Payments 

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. 

A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins. 

Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. 

Late payments may incur a late fee or result in delayed delivery.

3. Revisions 

We include a set number of revisions per project (usually stated in your proposal). Additional changes beyond that may result in extra fees.

4. Intellectual Property 

All original designs remain the intellectual property of Lunar Seas Design until full payment is received. 

Once paid in full, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client. 

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities 

You agree to: 

Provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner 

Ensure all materials you provide (images, text, logos) are legally yours to use 

Communicate respectfully and professionally

6. Cancellations & Refunds 

If you cancel a project after work has started, any deposit paid is non-refundable. 

If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any unused portion of the payment. 

Incomplete projects due to lack of client communication for 30 days may be closed with no refund.

7. Website Usage 

By using our website, you agree not to: 

Copy, reuse, or redistribute our content without permission 

Engage in any unlawful or abusive behavior on our site 

Attempt to breach our site’s security

8. Limitation of Liability 

Lunar Seas Design is not liable for: 

Any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our designs 

Website downtime, delays, or technical issues 

Legal or copyright issues related to content provided by clients

9. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes implies your acceptance.

10. Governing Law
